My career has involved bringing people together to create change. I have been a leader and facilitator of organization and community innovation.
As the Executive Director of Launch Minnesota, I'm working to create an environment to support entrepreneurs and nurture tech startups with a goal of fostering an innovation ecosystem across the state that draws global attention, talent, and capital.
Prior, I was a founder of the nonprofit Red Wing Ignite, which supports entrepreneurs, businesses, and students to succeed in the 21st-century economy. We created a model, that received national attention, developing an innovative ecosystem by forging partnerships with government, academic, corporate, and community partners.
I am honored to serve Minnesota's startup community. Working together, we will bring opportunity, access, and exposure to Minnesota's innovation ecosystem.

He experienced firsthand the positive impact sports can have on someone’s life when the experience is filled with love, trust, and safety.
Having a positive influence on sports culture has been a dream of his for his entire life. From athlete to coach to entrepreneur, Tyrre is on a mission through Players Health to create safer and more accessible environments for all sports.
